My Story:

Despite my daily, intense exercise as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, I packed on over 20 excess pounds in a short amount of time. 


After shifting the what/how/when I ate with a simplified method...I was able to shed 23 pounds and maintain.

My husband lost 43.

So, I began utilizing the same method, with my clients.


My coaching clients who follow the same key principles have ALL met their goals and are maintaining ...or even surpassing their original goals.  


How?

All with real food from the grocery store; no auto shipments of shakes or pre-packaged foods.  We shifted our food choice, how we ate and when.


Truth:

We learned to lose & maintain while enjoying real food. 

Truth:

I did not add more exercise to my life to lose; I did the same amount. 

My husband exercises zero and my clients are about a 50/50 split...some do exercise, some do not.  Exercise is great BUT IS NOT required because it is nowhere near as crucial as the eating aspect.

Truth:

Any plan only works if we work them.  As a coach, I seek motivated clients who are ready to make the necessary changes.

Apply:

Whether you have 10 or 100+, learning to lose through eating is the sustainable path. 

"Diet foods" in pouches are rarely sustainable paths. If you are looking for that type of approach, torching method is not for you.

As a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer, with over 10 years experience, my  specialty is addressing mid-life weight gain.  


Through my own experiences gaining weight daily despite my intense workouts, and by working with others in my age group, I have discovered what is effective.


By implementing clear and aligned eating principles, I have lost the excess weight (23 pounds), and my clients who followed the program have all met and surpassed their goals.

Reaching my goal felt vital to my personal training career, and now that I see my clients

 torching fat and feeling great, 

I want to help as many people as I can through teaching these do-able principles.  


I still love teaching fitness and promoting it's benefits but first and foremost, our eating habits need to be aligned.  I teach each client to do just that.


Yes, there is an optional exercise component available, but the MAIN component is the FOOD plan.  


The exercise will help but it's not the primary aspect and for some, it's zero percent of the solution.  


Take me as an example, my workouts were on point, but I gained weight daily until I adjusted my eating.
